Child Care
Due to insurance reasons, children are not allowed in the salon without an appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Please give a 24-hour notice of any cancellation.

Product Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased we will gladly exchange it for you, or give you a store credit. No Cash Refunds.

Deposits
Some services and packages must be reserved with a credit card. This time is reserved exclusively for you. The courtesy of a 24-hour notice is appreciated. Failure to give a 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the package and will be charged to your credit card.

Gift Cards
Gift card and gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 1 year from the purchase date.
